Tied for sixth at Abaco Classic Champ fired an even-par 72 during the final round at The Bahamas Great Abaco Classic to finish in a four-way tie for sixth.

Impact It was Champ's best finish at a Korn Ferry Tour event since his victory at the Utah Championship in July of 2018. He led the field in GIR and finished in the top-15 in driving accuracy and birdies made. Champ spent most of the 2025 season on the PGA Tour, when he made the cut in eight of 16 events while posting his best finish (T9) at the RBC Canadian Open in June.

Impact Champ briefly moved into a share of the lead early in the third round but struggled thereafter, playing the final 25 holes in one-over to fall down the leaderboard. Nevertheless, he had a solid week overall with his ball striking, ranking fourth in SG: Off-the-tee and T8 in GIR. Champ has been back-and-forth between the Korn Ferry Tour and PGA Tour this season, and his four top-20s on the PGA Tour will solidify his status on the latter Tour for the remainder of 2025.
