Tied for 30th at Torrey Pines
Scott fired a four-under 68 in the final round of the Farmers Insurance Open to finish tied for 30th.
Impact
Scott came to Torrey Pines on the back of a top-25 finish in his last tournament start. He was able to get off to a good start this week on the North Course with a bogey free four-under 68 in his opening round. Scott however struggled when he switched to the South Course. After going 71-73 on Friday and Saturday, Scott fell down the leaderboard and out of the mix. But, Scott rebounded nicely in his final round on Sunday, as he notched four birdies, an eagle, and only two bogeys. For the week, Scott can take away some positives including a top-5 performance off the tee as he ranked fifth in SG: Off-the-tee gaining just over three strokes on the field. Scott now ranks 36th in the FedEx Cup rankings after the month of January.

Tied for 24th at Amex
Scott carded a bogey-free, four-under 68 during the final round at The American Express to finish tied for 24th.
Impact
Scott had a nice start to the tournament with a seven-under 65 opening round, though he wasn't able to make a big push up the leaderboard over the next three days of the event. He was middle of the pack across most statistical categories, though he did finish ninth in the field in SG: Off the Tee and in the top-20 in driving distance, driving accuracy and GIR. Scott has made the cut in each of the first PGA Tour events of the year and will enter next week's Farmers Insurance Open in 67th in the OWGR.

No. 1 in FIR at Sony Open
Scott carded a two-under 68 on Sunday at the Sony Open in Hawaii to finish five-under and tied for 40th.
Impact
Scott hit 10 of 14 fairways in regulation during Sunday's final round at Waialae Country Club, where he ultimately paced the field in driving accuracy for the week with an 82.14 FIR percentage, gaining 3.2 strokes off the tee in the process. However, Scott lost a collective 3.3 strokes on and around the greens in Hawaii en route to just 12 total par-breakers across 72 holes. The 45-year-old now heads to La Quinta for his American Express debut this week.
