Will be starting RB in spring Johnson (undisclosed) will be Cincinnati's starting running back in the spring, Keegan Nickoson of 247Sports reports.

Impact Even though Johnson may not be 100 percent and Cincinnati signed several running backs to improve at the position, Johnson will be UC's primary RB when the team begins its spring practice. He showed promise with his 22 rushing attempts, averaging 4.8 yards per carry. Going into the spring, Johnson's primary focus remains on recovering from an undisclosed injury that took him out of the Liberty Bowl.
