T.Y. Harding - Practicing this spring Harding is participating in spring practice, per Minutemencommand.com.
Impact Harding played in just three games last fall before suffering a season-ending injury. The wideout, who caught four passes for 30 yards before suffering his ailment, is expected to be a top pass-catcher for the Minutemen in 2026. Thus, it's an excellent sign that he's back on UMass' practice field.

Justin Williams-Thomas - Linking up with Minutemen Williams-Thomas is transferring to UMass for the 2026 season.
Impact Williams-Thomas will join the Minutemen after playing with Marshal this past campaign. The 6-foot running back is approaching his redshirt senior season after logging 35 rushes for 197 yards and two touchdowns in the 2025 bout.

Myles Libman - Joining UMass Libman has committed to UMass, he announced.
Impact Libman had the best season of his collegiate career during 2025, catching seven passes for 84 yards and a touchdown with Stanford. He'll look to take another step forward in 2026 with UMass.

Joseph Griffin Jr. - Transfers to UMass Griffin has committed to Massachusetts, he announced.
Impact Griffin transferred to Wisconsin after the 2023 season, but injuries derailed his time in Madison, and he caught just one pass over the two campaigns. He had been productive at Boston College before transferring, catching 43 passes for 579 yards and six touchdowns across two seasons.

RJ Johnson III - Commits to Massachusetts Johnson announced his commitment to Massachusetts on Saturday.
Impact Currently enrolled at Florida A&M, Johnson will transfer to Massachusetts. The quarterback's 2025 season features 215 completed passes on 297 pass attempts for 2,597 yards and 18 touchdowns. Whether or not they will be enough to be the UMass team's QB1 is unknown.

William Watson III - Committed to UMass Watson has committed to play for UMass for the 2026 season, per Pete Thamel of ESPN.com.
Impact Watson will join the Minutemen following three seasons with Virginia Tech. The 5-foot-11 quarterback appeared in four games for the Hokies in 2025, throwing for 77 scoreless yards without a turnover while adding 22 yards and a rushing touchdown on the ground as well. He will retain two years of eligibility with UMass moving forward.

Jacquon Gibson - Records 138 yards in finale Gibson gathered in 10 of 15 targets for 138 yards during Tuesday's 45-14 defeat versus Bowling Green.
Impact Gibson finished out the finale with a season-best performance, with his highest yardage total. The 5-foot-11 wide receiver will close out his redshirt junior season with 63 catches for 616 yards and zero touchdowns. He'll have one year of eligibility remaining to do with as he pleases.

Max Dowling - Reels in touchdown in blowout Dowling caught all four targets for 23 yards and one touchdown during Tuesday's 45-14 defeat to Bowling Green.
Impact Dowling pieced together his highest catch total of the year against the Falcons, and he registered his third end-zone appearance. The 6-foot-6 tight end will finish out the season with a 20-199-3 receiving line, and he'll have one year of eligibility remaining.

Grant Jordan - Delivers with full start in finale Jordan completed 22 of 35 passes for 223 yards and two touchdowns during Tuesday's 45-14 loss to Bowling Green.
Impact Jordan finally got to start the entire game for the Minutemen in the season finale, and he delivered even with a blowout loss. The senior quarterback registered a season-high 223 passing yards, along with recording his first multi-touchdown game. He'll finish out his final season of eligibility with 595 passing yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions.

Impact Jordan played during the second quarter against the Bobcats, and he was under center until the end of the game. The redshirt senior quarterback still wasn't great with his volume, but he did dish out his first passing touchdown of the season. While Jordan looks like the frontrunner at QB, it's unknown how many UMass quarterbacks will be utilized next week versus Bowling Green.
