The redshirt freshman could have a role on offense once he's healthy, but it's unclear how long it will be before that's the case.

Impact Head coach Tom Herman called the injury a tweak at first, but it turned out to be far more serious. Omeire had an outside shot at producing with Texas losing its top two receivers to the NFL this offseason, but he'll now have to rehabilitate his knee and wait until next season.
