Impact Walker posted two straight excellent seasons at Oregon State, totaling 149 catches for 1,724 yards and four touchdowns over the past two years. Now, the6-foot-2, 194-pound wideout will take his talents to Houston, where he should immediately assume a starting role for the Cougars with his one season of eligibility remaining.

Impact Walker should be an extremely hot name on the transfer wide receiver market. He's posted consecutive excellent seasons for the Beavers, reeling in 149 catches for 1,724 yards and four touchdowns over the past two years. With one season of eligibility remaining, the 6-foot-2, 194-pound wideout should receive no shortage of interest on the open market.

Impact Walker only had two touchdowns for the season, one in each of the final games for Oregon State. The senior led the Beavers in receiving for the season with 823 yards on 68 catches.

Leads OSU in receiving Walker was one of the few highlights for Oregon State as he collected 117 receiving yards on five catches and a touchdown as the Beavers fell to Tulsa, 31-14, on Saturday.

Impact Walker caught a three-yard touchdown pass in the fourth quarter when freshman quarterback Tristan Ti'a came into the contest. It was Walker's first touchdown of the season. The Beavers do not play until Nov. 29 against Washington State. It will be a tough final contest for Walker as the Cougars defense is in the top 10 in the nation against the pass. Against Houston, Walker made up for more than 50 percent of the yards in the air. On the day the Beavers only threw for 201 yards. Oregon State takes on Appalachian State on Saturday, Oct. 4. The Mountaineers pass defense is in the bottom third in the nation and Boise State just threw for 321 yards against Appalachian State.

Impact For Walker it was a welcome sight the return of Ben Gulbranson under center. It was two weeks ago that the junior receiver set career marks with 151 yards on 11 catches from Gulbranson. Walker is Oregon State's leading receiver but only has two touchdowns this season. He has a good shot to add to that total against Boise State on Friday (Nov. 29). The Broncos defense is near the bottom in the country against the pass, allowing an average of 261 yards in the air per game.
