Cathces TD Pride had six catches for 81 yards and a score against UTEP on Saturday.
FInds end zone Pride caught four passes for 69 yards and a touchdown versus La Tech on Tuesday. He also lost a fumble.
Impact Pride is a true freshman, and this is his first collegiate touchdown. While he has 20 catches on the season and seems to be the number-one receiver already, this passing offense has really struggled, and expecting a true freshman to elevate this offense would be a bit foolhardy.

Has 63 yards receiving Pride caught three passes for 63 yards against New Mexico on Saturday.
Impact It would appear NMSU's staff wants to get the ball into the true freshman's hands more. He had seven targets last week, though they only were turned into 33 yards. This week Pride broke off a 50-yard catch, and he also got a chance to return a punt, which speaks to the desire to have him involved.

Gets involved on the ground Pride caught two passes for 12 yards but also ran three times for 28 yards against SE Missouri on Saturday.
Impact Pride interested us the most among the NMSU receivers after Week 1. NMSU's quarterbacks combined to complete seven passes for 60 yards with an interception. This seems like a team that will have to rely on the run game, and the true freshman Pride got involved there.
