No longer with Temple Worthy is no longer part of Temple's football program, per OwlSports Update.

Impact Worthy isn't listed on the Owls' online roster and is reportedly no longer with the team for currently undisclosed reasons. The tailback had 23 carries for 71 yards and a touchdown through four games this season, and his departure should open the door for Hunter Smith to see more carries.

Rushing touchdown in win Worthy recorded six rushes for 58 yards and one touchdown and reeled in their only target for 23 yards during Saturday's 55-7 win against Howard.

Impact Worthy wasn't much of a factor in the season opener, recording only four carries for seven yards, but he was able to have success Saturday. The senior scored his first touchdown of the season after tallying four in 2024.

Impact Worthy didn't have much volume or success on the ground Saturday, but was able to record his first career receiving touchdown. After putting up 425 rush yards a season ago, he seems to have a backup role this year behind Jay Ducker.

Sidelined for spring ball Worthy (undisclosed) has been sidelined from Temple's spring practices due to injury, John DiCarlo of 247Sports.com reports.

Impact Worthy continues to work his way back from an undisclosed offseason injury as the Owls progress through their spring workouts. The 5-foot-11 junior, who tallied 490 total yards and six touchdowns on 95 total touches, is expected to return in time for preseason camp this summer.

Not working with top backs Worthy was not working with the top backs in the early portion of spring practice, according to Rivals.com.

Impact Jay Ducker and Joquez Smith were listed as the top backs, so it's unclear the kind of role Worthy will have in the 2025 campaign. He saw a lot of carries in the second half of the 2024 season, though, tallying 72 rushes for 369 yards and four scores, as well as 15 catches for 54 yards on 21 targets, in his final seven appearances.

Impact Worthy finally saw his first collegiate action in 2024, tallying 79 carries for 425 yards and five touchdowns. He also reeled in 16 catches for 65 yards. The junior tailback initially elected to explore options elsewhere, but he's decided to run it back with the Owls for his senior season, where he should at least compete for a starting role in the backfield.

Leaving Temple Worthy has announced his intentions to explore the transfer portal, Rivals.com reports.

Impact Worthy will move on from Temple following the 2024-25 season in pursuit of an opportunity with a new program. The 5-foot-11 170lbs junior tallied 79 carries for 425 yards and four touchdowns this season, along with 16 receptions for 65 yards.

Scores again Saturday Worthy tallied 11 rushes for 35 yards and one touchdown and gathered in 3 of 4 targets for 13 yards during Saturday's 18-15 overtime win versus Florida Atlantic.

Impact Worthy scored another touchdown Saturday, a one-yard rush in the fourth quarter. It marked his fourth touchdown of the season, all of which have come in his last four games. Although he was out-carried and out-rushed by Antwain Littleton, his touchdown gave him another solid day.

He led the backfield in carries but received just five thanks to the massive hole the Owls found themselves in. He faces three favorable matchups to end the season so he's worth considering for the final stretch of the season.

Impact Worthy saw a season-high 20 carries Saturday and tuned in his best performance of the season with that high volume. He rushed for 88 yards, his second most this season, and scored a seven-yard rushing touchdown in the fourth quarter, his second of the season. He has been productive in his three games as a starter, accumulating 44 attempts for 224 yards and two touchdowns.

Impact Worthy was announced as the Owls' starter prior to Saturday's contest and performed well in his new role. He scored his first touchdown of the season, a one-yard rush in the second quarter, and set season highs in receptions, targets and receiving yards. Worthy has been productive when given an opportunity, so now that he has the reigns to the Owls' backfield he could have a strong end to the campaign.

Impact Worthy made the most of some added run last week, rushing 12 times for 95 yards against UConn. The effort seems to have earned the junior favor in the backfield, and he should see a good number of carries again Saturday.

Impact Worthy exploded with 100 yards from scrimmage Saturday after accumulating 67 through the first five games of the season. He led the Owls in rushing attempts and yards, out-rushing and out-touching Antwain Littleton who has been the team's lead back for most of this season. After a productive outing, it looks as if Worthy has carved himself out a role in the Owls' offense.
