Impact Dollard had been suspended from the team for a while following a weapons charge but was reportedly "working through the situation," which seemed to suggest he could be back in the mix at some point. The fact that he's no longer on the roster suggests that's not the case anymore, though it's unclear exactly why he's off the roster.

Still suspended Coach Tom Arth said Dollard (suspension) is "still suspended" and "working through the situation" according to Stephanie Warsmith of the Akron Beacon Journal.

Impact Dollard is now in a diversion program attached to a weapons charge dating back to March, and there's no timetable for when he might be able to play. He was quite a find last year, with 666 rushing yards in the shortened season. No other returning running back had more than seven carries for the Zips last year, but Cole Gest, Anthony Williams (a Michigan State transfer), Michiah Burton and Jonzell Norrils are the names to know with Dollard out of the mix until further notice.

Suspended following weapons charge Dollard has been suspended from the Zips following a felony weapons charge dating back to March, Stephanie Warsmith of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.

Impact Dollard is still enrolled at the school but is suspended from athletics for the time being. He also suffered a leg injury in the final game of the 2020 regular season against Buffalo, but he finished up the year with an impressive 112 carries for 666 yards and six touchdowns.
