Going to Fort Collins Bullock will transfer to Colorado State, per Kevin Lytle of the Fort Collins Coloradoan.

Impact Bullock spent the past two seasons at Akron after starting his career with Virginia Tech. He played sparingly for the Zips, tossing for a combined 447 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions. He did run for eight touchdowns last fall, and has 12 total rushing touchdowns in his career, displaying his dual-threat ability. He'll likely be a backup at Colorado State.

Impact Based on Bullock's announcement, he entered the NCAA's transfer portal in late-February. 2025 is not his first year in the portal. During 2023, Bullock transferred to Akron from Virginia Tech.

Impact Bullock came in again as a rush artist, sneaking in a touchdown during the opening of the fourth quarter. The junior closed out the season with eight rushing touchdowns and although he wasn't utilized much as a passer, that could be in the cards for him next year.

This game marked his third matchup with two rushing touchdowns, though his volatility as an offensive contributor makes it unknown whether he'll replicate this performance in the season finale against Toledo.
