Impact Nathan Hawks was Cincinnati's primary placekicker during 2024 and is expected to remain enrolled there going into next season. That year saw him miss four field goals and two extra points though, so there was definitely room for a more legitimate replacement. Rusnak was perfect in 2024 on 11 field goals and 25 extra points attempted.

Commits to Charlotte Rusnak is committing to UNC Charlotte for the upcoming 2024 season, he announced via X.

Impact Rusnak will move on from Michigan State and instead join the Charlotte 49ers to kick and also pursue an MBA. The 6-foot-1 kicker will look for more opportunities after zero made field goals and less than 10 attempted extra points throughout his three-year tenure with the Spartans.
