Big day in bowl win Atkins notched 11 receptions (on 13 targets) for 104 yards during Tuesday's 41-39 overtime victory over San Jose State.

Impact It's Atkins' second double-digit reception game this season and his second straight contest with over 100 receiving yards. While Atkins was solid overall in his senior campaign, logging 799 yards on 80 receptions, it was a step back from his 1,054-yard, 12-touchdown performance in 2023.

Excellent in regular season finale Atkins caught 7 of 12 targets for 110 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 35-28 defeat to Rice.

Impact Atkins had a strong end to the season Saturday, highlighted by his 16-yard touchdown catch in the third quarter. He also gained over 100 yards for the second time this season. It was a productive regular season for Atkins, although a downgrade from last season, as he caught 69 passes (on 105 targets) for 695 yards and two touchdowns. He will look to end his collegiate career on a high note during bowl season.

Impact Atkins had yet another high volume outing Saturday, however it was slightly disappointing considering he didn't find the end zone despite the Bulls putting up 63 points. He still was targeted 10 times for the third time in his last four games and he caught seven passes for the third time this season. He faces another favorable matchup Saturday at Rice in the regular season finale.

Solid in Saturday's loss Atkins notched seven receptions (on 11 targets) for 70 yards during Saturday's 28-7 defeat versus Navy.

Impact Atkins had a fairly productive outing Saturday as he caught seven passes for just the second time this season. He also gained 70 yards, his third most in a game this season. While Atkins has continued to record loads of targets and receptions, his one touchdown on the season has significantly hurt his upside. He will look to get back into paydirt Saturday at Charlotte.

Impact Atkins scored his first touchdown of the season Friday, a 13-yard reception in the third quarter. He saw 10 targets for the second time this season and caught six passes, his second most this season. Although he has recorded lots of targets and catches, his lack of consistent yardage and touchdowns has made Atkins a fairly disappointing asset. If he can continue to find the end zone though, he could be in for a strong end to the season.

Five catches in loss Atkins had five receptions (on nine targets) for 35 yards during Saturday's 21-3 loss against Memphis.

Impact Atkins was tied for the team-lead in receptions and targets Saturday in his first game with backup quarterback Bryce Archie. Although he showed a nice connection with Archie, he fumbled twice in the game and lost one. He has now fumbled three times this season and has lost two, showing a concerning lack of ball security.

Finally breaks out Atkins accrued 11 receptions (on 14 targets) for 125 yards during Saturday's 50-15 defeat against Miami (FL). He also threw a 12-yard passing touchdown.

Impact Atkins had by far his best performance of the season Saturday, shattering his previous season highs in receptions, targets and receiving yards. While he did not catch a touchdown from Byrum Brown, he instead threw one to his quarterback on a trick play in the first quarter. It was not surprising at all to see Brown's first productive passing game coincide with Atkins' first elite receiving outing. If Brown can maintain that passing output into conference play, Atkins will benefit significantly.

Solid outing in win Atkins accrued five receptions (on eight targets) for 87 yards during Saturday's 49-24 win against Southern Miss.

Impact Atkins had his best outing of the season Saturday as he led the team in receptions, targets and receiving yards. He has clearly been Byrum Brown's favorite receiver this season, but the Bulls' commitment to the run has limited his ability to truly break out. He has 23 targets through three games, so all he needs is for the team to throw the ball more often.

Leads receivers versus Alabama Atkins hauled in four of nine targets for 35 yards during Saturday's 42-16 defeat to Alabama.

Impact While Atkins did not light it up Saturday, he still further established himself as Byrum Brown's favorite target. He was targeted nine times in the game, by far the most on the team, and lead the Bulls in receptions and receiving yards. Once the Bulls offense starts humming like it did last year, Atkins should start to see more productive outings.

Although the Bulls brought in some talent at receiver in the offseason, this performance is likely Atkins' absolute floor in 2024.
