Preston Hutchinson - Takes hit near head vs. St. Francis Updating a previous item, Hutchinson took a hit up near his head during Friday night's game against St. Francis according to Hustle Belt.

Impact Hutchinson appeared to be ok. But this may explain him not finishing the game, if only to save him from being exposed to another hit in a game that Eastern Michigan was going to win with or without him. His status for next week against Wisconsin should not be in question.

Darius Boone - Goes over 100 yards vs. St. Francis Boone had 22 carries for 107 yards (both team-highs) and a touchdown, with one catch for eight yards, Friday night against St. Francis (PA).

Impact Boone averaged 5.8 yards per carry in 2020, and he started the new year as the Eagles' lead back with Samson Evans and Javon Hamilton in the mix. A tough matchup is coming against Wisconsin next week.
