Impact Washington immediately emerged as one of the nation's top true freshman quarterbacks this fall. Washington also displayed some ability as a dual threat, rushing for 303 yards and four touchdowns as well. He'll project as one of the more dangerous quarterbacks in the Big Ten next season.
