100-yard receiving game Knowles posted four catches for 112 yards on six targets while also rushing for four yards in Saturday's 31-23 win over Southern Illinois.

Impact Knowles was able to record his first-ever 100-yard receiving game as he commanded 112 of the 172 total passing yards for the Wildcats. Although it was a nice game for the talented receiver, backup QB Will Howard struggled through the air and is now the presumed starter with Skylar Thompson going down with a non-contact leg injury. Kansas State will go up against a competitive Nevada team next week, so Knowles could be a sleeper play as he should get the most targets on the team.

It's clear that Kansas State would like to get their lead receiver the ball more, however, it appears they need to get creative to do so.
