Impact Moga completed 3-of-5 passes for 58 yards last season as a redshirt freshman, also rushing for 49 yards on three carrires. Layne is still expected to be the starter when the season rolls around, but this extra experience with the starters could be valuable for his development.

Entering transfer portal Moga announced his intention to enter the NCAA transfer portal, per Erik Skopil of 247Sports.com.

Impact Moga will enter the portal following two seasons with Oregon. The 6-foot-2 signal caller appeared in three games for the Ducks this season, throwing for 58 scoreless yards while adding 49 yards on the ground as well. He will retain three years of eligibility at his next destination.
