Walker Howard - Enters in fourth quarter Howard completed six of nine passes for 44 yards during Saturday's 30-27 overtime victory over Louisiana-Monroe. He also had five rushes for 33 yards.
Impact Howard was forced into action on Saturday in the fourth quarter after Lunch Winfield got banged up "pretty bad" according to head coach Michael Desmoreaux. The Week starter did enough to help the Ragin' Cajuns survive and allow the to be Bowl eligible with that sixth win. In 2025, Haward threw for 155 yards and three interceptions. Winfield will presumably be the starter if health allows for it during the team's Bowl game.

Impact Winfield was banged up "pretty bad," according to head coach Michael Desormeaux. His injuries meant Walker Howard saw most of the action during the fourth quarter and overtime. Since taking over the starting job from Howard in Week 7, Winfield has posted 1,195 passing yards, 479 rushing yards and 14 total touchdowns. Saturday's win made the Ragin' Cajuns bowl eligible.
