Impact McCammon capped off the end of the regular season with his least productive outing of the season in Saturday's loss. He received just three carries and took them for six yards, both of which set season lows. He finished his fourth Owls' season with decent numbers, rushing 149 times for 681 yards and five touchdowns, and adding 25 catches for 205 yards in 11 games this season.

Impact McCammon was shut down by Tulane's defense Saturday, gaining just 36 total yards, his fewest in a game this season. It was not a major surprise though, as Tulane boasts the second best run defense in the country. Despite his team falling behind early, he still received 10 carries for the eighth straight game. He faces a significantly more favorable matchup in the regular season finale Saturday at Rice, a team which gives up over 150 rushing yards per game.

Impact McCammon once again took the lead in the Owls' backfield, but his team-leading 12 carries and 36 yards left much to be desired. He added three catches for 20 yards, a solid boost to his disappointing stat line, but still not enough to give him a productive day. Next up he faces a difficult matchup versus Tulane Saturday.

Impact McCammon was out-carried and out-rushed by teammate Kobe Lewis, a surprising turn of events given Lewis had just 14 yards in the two games leading into Saturday. Of the team's four leading rushers Saturday, he was also the only one without a touchdown. The Owls' backfield situation is worth monitoring heading into Saturday's game versus East Carolina, however McCammon should still be considered the lead-back until then.
