Impact Schlaffer was reported to be no longer part of the Nittany Lions' program earlier Wednesday, and now, he'll officially plan to enter the transfer portal. This comes as little surprise, and Schlaffer is Penn State's first departure in the wake of the firing of head coach James Franklin.
