Impact Matthews ended Friday's matchup with a season-best 26 yards but it was not nearly enough to help secure a win for the Aztecs. Impact Matthews was second on the team in targets as his low production can be likely more attributed to the struggles of the passing attack. Starting quarterback Jordan Brookshire was just 6-of-19 for 76 yards. Matthews should be a top target in the passing game if the Aztecs can get their air attack going.
