Flips commitment to Duke Harvey announced Saturday that he has flipped his commitment to Duke.

Impact Harvey had previously committed to Texas A&M before deciding to join the Blue Devils. The redshirt junior wide receiver had an injury-riddled season but was able to reel in 29 receptions for 391 yards during the 2023 campaign.
