Officially headed for draft Patterson (knee) announced Tuesday via his personal Twitter account that he will forgo his remaining eligibility at Buffalo to enter the 2021 NFL Draft. Impact Despite sitting out Buffalo's Camellia Bowl win over Marshall on Christmas Day due to a knee issue, Patterson still managed to clear 1,000 rushing yards while scoring 19 touchdowns in just six games during the regular season. Rather than feasting on Mid-American Conference competition for another two years, the 5-foot-9, 195-pound back will take his talents to the next level. Though Patterson is a skilled runner, he didn't contribute much in the passing game during his time at Buffalo, which could lower his stock in the eyes of some scouts.
