Impact Resar, a true freshman, was buried on Iowa's depth chart at quarterback. He'll have a better chance to contribute to the Hawkeyes' offense at wideout. At 6-foot-4, 212 pounds, he brings intriguing size to the position and projects as a boundary receiver.
