Impact Daniels received the start and was rather ineffective in the first quarter which led to Miles Kendrick playing the majority of the game at QB. Active Saturday Daniels (ankle) is officially active for Saturday's game versus TCU, Benton Smith of the Lawrence Journal-World reports.

Impact Daniels took part in practice earlier this week and seemed to be on track for Saturday's contest. There hasn't been a mention of who will start under center for the Jayhawks, but Daniels may be in the mix thanks to extra time off due to a cancelation.

Practicing, on track for Saturday Daniels (ankle) has been practicing and is on track to be available against TCU, Benton Smith of KU Sports reports.

Impact Daniels was injured against Oklahoma in Kansas' last game but has had additional time to heal after last week's cancellation. "He practiced all last week. He'll practice this week. We'd expect him to certainly be a player," coach Les Miles said. Daniels' progress will be monitored throughout the week but he is trending in the right direction.
