Scores in otherwise quiet game Buckley notched eight carries for 26 yards and one touchdown and caught all three targets for 14 yards during Saturday's 30-23 defeat against South Alabama.

Impact Buckley was bottled up on the ground against the Jaguars. His eight carries were the fewest he'd taken since Week 7, as the Broncos got away from their ground game and favored Buckley's backfield mate Jaden Nixon. Buckley has two more seasons of eligibility, and should remain Western Michigan's lead back if he sticks around for anther year in Kalamazoo.
