Impact Harper is set to return to the practice field after missing spring camp due to an undisclosed injury. The wideout will look to make his way up the receiving depth chart during fall camp following a quiet campaign with UConn last season, where he hauled in just eight receptions for 51 yards and one touchdown.

Misses spring camp Harper (undisclosed) missed Colorado State's spring camp, Kevin Lytle of The Coloradoan via the G5 Hive podcast reports.

Impact Lytle did not mention why Harper missed Colorado State's spring camp just a few months after he announced CSU as his next team. Its coaching staff is incredibly high on his potential, and it is not too surprising considering he showed some improvement between two seasons at UConn.

He was one of a dozen Huskies who caught passes. UConn takes on a tougher task in the next game Sept. 6 against Syracuse. The Orangemen pass defense was in the middle of the pack last season.
