Leaves Owls' program Brock has left Temple's football program, 247Sports.com reports.

Impact Brock, who began the 2024 campaign as Temple's starting gunslinger, is no longer with the program for currently undisclosed reasons. He made three starts last fall, but only played in three games as he was plagued by injuries and inconsistent play, tossing for 541 total yards, one touchdown and five interceptions. Brock should still have two seasons of eligibility remaining should be land with another program down the line.

Impact Brock made his first start since Week 2 against UConn two weeks ago, and threw for 136 yards, no touchdowns and an interception while completing 56.3 percent of his passes. That performance has relegated him to the backup role, as Evan Simon will get the start for the Owls.

He ended up with a more efficient outing Saturday versus his performance in Week 1, but he needs to fix the turnover issue or he could find himself on the bench.

By winning that position, the former has an opportunity to easily surpass his 2023 output in one fell swoop. Brock played only one game that year, serving as relief for Quincy Patterson.
