Could return in November Stewart (knee) is ahead of schedule in his recovery and could return to action in November, Pete Nakos of On3.com reports.
Impact Stewart has yet to play this season after tearing his patellar tendon in the offseason, but the wideout could be on track to play towards the end of the Ducks' regular season. Not much is known about Stewart's recovery, but he appears to be in good spirts, dancing on TikTok while taking about his rehab process. She star receiver, who reeled in 48 grabs for 613 yards and five touchdowns last season, should be able to help Oregon's offense at some point this season.

Recovery ahead of schedule Stewart (knee) is ahead of schedule, Pete Nakos of On3.com reports.
Impact For 2025, a recovering Stewart already logged five DNPs. However, Nakos indicates that the wide receiver may soon be available. Before mid-October, Oregon's next game is Saturday against Indiana. Prior to then, Stewart's injury status will be questionable.

Availability for late 2025 unclear Stewart's potential availability at the end of the upcoming season is still unclear, per OregonLive.com.
Impact Stewart tore his right patellar tendon, which he had surgery for. That typically comes with a recovery timeline of 4-6 months, but the wideout's current timetable is unclear and head coach Dan Lanning said it's "probably too premature now to say" if Stewart will be able to return in 2025. The star receiver caught 48 passes for 613 yards and five touchdowns last fall in his first season in Eugene.

May have torn patellar tendon Stewart (knee) is believed to have torn his patellar tendon in early June and is still undergoing testing, per Pete Nakos of On3.com.
Impact The current fear in Eugene is that Stewart will need to miss time in 2025, which is certainly possible with a potential torn patellar tendon, an injury with a recovery timeframe anywhere from three to 12 months. At best, Stewart would likely miss the beginning of the season at at worse, he'd be out for the entire 2025 campaign. The wideout was set to be a massive part of the Ducks' passing attack once again this fall.

Feared to suffer serious injury Stewart (undisclosed) was injured this week and it's feared to be quite serious, per Matt Zenitz of 247Sports.com.
Impact Not many details were given about the star wideout's injury, but the fear in Eugene is that Stewart's availability for the fall is in jeopardy. He was previously reported to have gotten injured earlier this offseason, as he sat out the Ducks' spring game. This is an entirely new ailment, however, one that appears to threaten Stewart's 2025 season with Oregon. Last fall, he reeled in 48 catches for 613 yards and five touchdowns.

Sits out spring game Stewart (undisclosed) did not participate in Oregon's spring game, Erik Skopil of 247Sports reports.
Impact Stewart notably missed the Ducks' Rose Bowl contest versus Ohio State after reportedly getting dinged up during warmups, and a report from earlier in spring seemed to indicate head coach Dan Lanning dodged a question surrounding Stewart's health and availability when asked, instead stating, "Yeah, love our depth there. We got a lot of guys I think that can play winning football. And you know, Evan, certainly a part of that." While there certainly isn't cause to raise major alarm bells at this point, it is worth monitoring the star wideout's status when fall camp breaks.

Staying in Eugene Stewart (undisclosed) announced Tuesday via social media that he will return to Oregon for the 2025 season, Eli Lederman of ESPN.com reports.
Impact Stewart will bypass the 2025 NFL Draft in favor of returning to Eugene for his fourth and final season of college football. He began his career at Texas A&M in 2022 and spent two seasons with the program before moving on to Oregon in 2024. He suited up for all 12 of the Ducks' regular-season contests as well as the team's Big Ten Championship Game win over Penn State, finishing with 48 catches for 613 yards and five touchdowns on 70 targets. The junior wideout missed Oregon's Jan. 1 Rose Bowl loss to Ohio State due to an injury suffered in pregame warmups, but the issue is unlikely to affect his availability for the start of the 2025 season.

Ruled out Saturday Stewart is out for the rest of Wednesday's game versus Ohio State after getting dinged up in warmups, James Crepea of The Oregonian reports.
Impact Stewart did not log a snap in the first half and then was eventually ruled out coming out of the half. Traeshon Holden and Justius Lowe will need to step up behind Tez Johnson the rest of the way.

Logs one catch Week 14 Stewart caught one of four targets for four yards during Saturday's 49-21 victory versus Washington.
Impact Stewart logged his quietest outing of the season after back-to-back strong outings over the previous two games. The junior actually logged the team's second-most targets behind tight end Terrance Ferguson (five), but the former was not on the receiving end of either of quarterback Dillon Gabriel's two passing touchdowns. Meanwhile, Oregon's No. 1 wideout Tez Johnson logged three targets in his return after missing the previous two contests with a shoulder injury. Stewart's production will no doubt be impacted with Johnson back in the fold, but he should still serve as a significant weapon moving forward, both during next week's Big Ten Championship Game versus Penn State as well as in the College Football Playoff.

NOVEMBER 21, 2024 • NEWSOBSERVER.COM
Buoys passing game in win Stewart logged 10 receptions (on 12 targets) for 92 yards during Saturday's 16-13 victory against Wisconsin.
Impact Stewart had his most important outing as an Oregon player. The Texas A&M transfer logged double-digit catches and targets for the first time this year while filling in for sidelined No. 1 wideout Tez Johnson, who missed his second game in a row with a shoulder injury. Stewart was the only Ducks pass-catcher to log more than three catches or six targets, which underlies just how important his role was with Johnson out. With Oregon on bye Week 13, it's likely the team will have its full assortment of offensive weapons during the regular-season finale against Washington on Sunday, Nov. 30.
NOVEMBER 17, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Plays as top wideout Week 11 Stewart hauled in six of seven targets for 55 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 39-18 victory over Maryland.
Impact Stewart stepped up with WR1 Tez Johnson sidelined with a shoulder injury suffered during last week's win against Michigan. The Texas A&M transfer has been a playmaker for the Ducks' high-powered offense, but his production has come and gone throughout the season. He still seemed to reinforce his spot as the team's No. 2 wideout by pacing the team's wide receiver corps in yards, catches and targets Saturday. He also caught his fifth touchdown of the season on a 17-yard reception late in the fourth quarter. Meanwhile, fellow top wideout Traeshon Holden did briefly leave the game with a lower-body injury, which could have impacted the team's target share while he was sidelined. Either way, Stewart should continue to be a big-play threat during next week's road game at Wisconsin.
NOVEMBER 10, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Scores two-yard TD versus Michigan Stewart accrued three receptions (on seven targets) for 16 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 38-17 victory over Michigan.
Impact Stewart got the Ducks on the board when he scored a two-yard touchdown on a back shoulder throw from quarterback Dillon Gabriel in the first quarter. The junior wideout still logged less than 20 receiving yards for the second week in a row. Stewart looked like he was on the come up in this receiver depth chart after his breakout 149-yard performance against Ohio State, but he's now averaged a relatively modest 5.0 targets per game across the last three weeks. The Ducks also lost No. 1 receiver Tez Johnson to an apparent shoulder injury in the first quarter. Should Johnson miss time moving forward, then Stewart could see an increased target share in what has been a balanced receiving corps this season.
