Impact Robinson was back at practice this week, and indeed, the tailback will be available to suit up against Kentucky. Robinson hasn't played since Week 2, and his carries should be somewhat limited behind Jeremiah Cobb and Omar Mabson.

Impact Robinson practicing on Tuesday is a promising sign that Auburn's team will clear him going into Week 10. With the Tigers' run game lacking a bit of pop following Damari Alston's departure, them adding Robinson would be a welcome addition just for encouragement alone. Even though Robinson has only three rushing attempts this season, he averaged 19.0 yards per carry and scored one touchdown.

Impact Robinson has been out since Week 2 with a leg injury, but he's finally set to make his return to the field against the Wildcats. While his current trajectory looks promising, the sophomore ball carrier's practice availability this week should be the true indicator of whether he can play.

Going through a lot of personal work is a substantial improvement to the point that even though King expects Robinson out at least a few more weeks, perhaps he can be available by the time Auburn's November schedule begins. Robinson will miss games against Missouri and Arkansas, but facing a back-and-forth Kentucky team to begin November may help him acclimate to game action relatively quickly.

With starting running back Damari Alston also looking like a game-time decision, Auburn could be forced to turn to Jeremiah Cobb and Justin Jones at halfback.

Impact Robinson's usage and yardage have been a roller coaster recently. In the previous game the freshman had 13 carries for 59 yards against UAB on Nov. 9.
