Impact Lyons is a name to remember for next year. The true freshman didn't play until last week as to not burn his redshirt. In his two games of action, though, he's run 28 times for 187 yards and added three catches for 21 yards.

Impact This was the true freshman's first action of the season. It seems quite clear FIU's staff intended to, and intends to, not burn Lyons' red shirt. He looked quite good in his debut, so keep an eye on Lyons down the stretch, and in 2025.
