Impact With two games remaining in Pittsburgh's 2024 regular season, they will be played without Carter. As for him, this will effectively end his collegiate career. The senior played eight games in 2024, during which he logged career highs in rushing yards (208) and total touchdowns (five).

Carted off vs. Clemson Carter was carted off the field in Pittsburgh's game agains Clemson with his leg in an air cast, Karl Ludwig of Pittsburgh Sports Now reports.

Impact Carter had four carries for 31 yards and a score before leaving the field. In his stead, Derrick Davis should be the RB2 behind Desmond Reid.
