Tosses four scores vs. LSU Weigman was 27-for-36 passing for 236 yards and four touchdowns during Saturday's 38-35 win against LSU. He also had 13 rushes for 56 yards.

Impact Weigman had arguably his best game of the season as Houston won a thriller over LSU to close out the season on a high note. The senior quarterback completed 75 percent of his passes while tossing for four touchdowns for the second time this season. Unlike the first time he did that, however, in the Cougars' loss to West Virginia in Week 10, Weigman didn't turn the ball over and was uber-efficient. The gunsliger finishes the year with 2,711 yards, 25 touchdowns and nine interceptions on 65.1 percent completion, along with 700 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns. It was a prolific year for the junior, who now must decide how to spend his last season of eligibility.

Slated to return for Houston Weigman is set to return to Houston for a final season with the Cougars, per Joseph Duarte of the Houston Chronicle.

Impact Weigman is coming off a career year in Houston after spending his first three seasons at Texas A&M. The gunslinger tossed for 2,475 yards, 21 touchdowns and nine interceptions whole completing 63.9 percent of his passes. He also displayed his mobility, rushing for 644 yards with 11 scores on the ground. His return is huge for the Cougars, as they'll have a grizzled veteran under center coming off his best season yet.

Impact Weigman put together one of his best performances of the season Saturday, and it was highlighted by his performance on the ground. He rushed for a season-high 121 yards and scored multiple touchdowns for the third time this season. He also had a solid day through the air, throwing for over 200 yards and a score. He finished the 2025 regular season with 2,274 passing yards, 20 touchdowns and eight interceptions, adding 523 yards and nine touchdowns on the ground. He is set to lead the Cougars through the air and on the ground during bowl season.
