Omarion Miller - Catches two TDs Saturday Miller gathered in 5 of 7 targets for 91 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 52-17 defeat to Arizona.
Impact Miller was the lone bright spot in the Buffaloes' blowout loss as he caught two touchdowns, one from Kaidon Salter and one from true freshman Julian Lewis. Miller now has six touchdowns on the season and has now reached at least 80 yards in four of his last six games. He will look to keep his good run of form going Saturday at West Virginia.

Julian Lewis - Decent in relief Saturday Lewis was 9-for-17 passing for 121 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 52-17 defeat to Arizona.
Impact Lewis made his second appearance of the season in Saturday's blowout loss. Kaidon Salter started the game and was benched after the first half, then Ryan Staub came in and threw an interception on each of his first two passing attempts, so Lewis got a chance to play. He led eight drives and threw for 121 yards, including a 59-yard touchdown pass to Omarion Miller. With how poorly the Buffaloes season has gone, it would not be surprising if Lewis was given more opportunities in the final three games of the season.

Ryan Staub - Tosses two picks on two attempts Staub was 0-for-2 passing for zero yards and two interceptions during Saturday's 52-17 defeat to Arizona.
Impact With the game well out of hand coming out of halftime, Staub was given a chance to take over the offense. He did not take advantage of his opportunity as he attempted two passes and threw interceptions on both attempts. He was then benched for the rest of the game with true freshman Julian Lewis getting a chance. After a rough showing, it would not be surprising if Lewis overtook Staub on the depth chart.

Kaidon Salter - Ineffective in blowout loss Salter was 11-for-15 passing for 49 yards, one touchdown and one interception during Saturday's 52-17 loss versus Arizona. He also had nine rushes for 27 yards and a lost fumble.
Impact Salter completed over 70 percent of his passes Saturday, but he only threw for 49 yards and turned the ball over twice. He threw one touchdown in the second quarter, but that was really his only productive moment of the day. True freshman Julian Lewis took over the offense in the second half with the score well out of hand, and he showed some positive signs. With how poorly this season has gone for the Buffaloes, it would not be surprising if the team looked to Lewis for the last few games to give him a chance to develop.
