Decides to enter portal Freeman has decided to enter the transfer portal, per his announcement Monday.

Impact Freeman will look to start fresh with a new team. During 2022, he logged fewer than 200 passing yards and a 0:5 TD:INT ratio across his three games. The next year, Northwestern did not use Freeman at all, instead preferring Ben Bryant and Brendan Sullivan as its top-two quarterbacks.
