Throws three scores in loss Bailey completed 19 of 26 passes for 230 yards, three touchdowns and one interception during Saturday's 26-21 defeat against East Carolina. He also had 11 rushes for 24 yards.

Impact Bailey put together a solid performance against the Pirates, tying a season-high three touchdown passes while throwing for 230 yards in the bowl loss. The freshman quarterback was forced to step up after the retirement of starter Grayson McCall early in the season, and Bailey performed respectably in his inaugural season at the collegiate level. Across 10 starts, Bailey threw for 2,257 yards and 17 touchdowns to nine interceptions while adding 245 yards and four scores on the ground as well. With three years of eligibility remaining, the dynamic freshman has likely put himself in position to own the starting gig heading into the 2025 season.
