JC French IV - Quiet in Saturday's win French completed 8 of 13 passes for 165 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 31-26 win against Kansas State. He also had eight rushes for 21 yards.
Impact French only attempted 13 passes in Saturday's win, the second time through four games he's attempted 14 or fewer. He still threw for 165 yards and a touchdown despite that low volume, but it wasn't enough to give him a productive fantasy outing. While his rushing gives him a decent floor, French's inconsistent passing opportunities makes him a difficult player to project.

DaMari Witherspoon - Out for Week 4 Witherspoon (undisclosed) is out for Saturday's game against Kansas State, per the Big 12 availability report.
Impact Witherspoon will sit out Cincinnati's conference opener due to an undisclosed injury. The tight end will aim to suit up against Arizona next Saturday.

JV Gibson - Catches another TD Saturday Gibson accrued seven receptions (on eight targets) for 68 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 35-31 win versus Miami (OH).
Impact Gibson scored in his third straight game Saturday, this time on a six-yard pass in the fourth quarter which cut the RedHawks' lead to just three points. Gibson set season highs in receptions, targets and yards which is unsurprising given JC French attempted more passes in this game than the first two games combined. Gibson's target share and knack for the endzone makes him a valuable asset heading into conference play.
SEPTEMBER 21 • ROTOWIRE
Cole Tabb - Three TDs in comeback win Tabb totaled six carries for 78 yards and two touchdowns and hauled in all four targets for 43 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 35-31 victory versus Miami (OH).
Impact After falling into a big deficit in the first half, Tabb saw an uptick in playing time in the second half as the Bearcats chased the game. He caught an eight-yard touchdown in the third quarter to cut the lead to 28-21, then with the team down three with less than two minutes left, broke away from the defense on third down to score a 53-yard game-winning touchdown. It was a breakout performance for the Stanford transfer, and one that may earn him more touches as the team heads into conference play.
SEPTEMBER 21 • ROTOWIRE
Gi'Bran Payne - Quiet in comeback win Payne logged nine carries for 32 yards and reeled in 2 of 5 targets for seven yards during Saturday's 35-31 win versus Miami (OH).
Impact After falling into a deep deficit in the first half, the Bearcats began to spread the ball out and turned to Cole Tabb at running back. Tabb scored three touchdowns, including the game winner, while Payne was held to a season-low 11 touches. Payne is still the Bearcats' No. 1 back, but Tabb certainly made a case for himself to get more work as the team heads into conference play.

JC French IV - Leads comeback versus RedHawks French was 31-for-43 passing for 309 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 35-31 win over Miami (OH). He also had 16 rushes for 39 yards with one touchdown.
Impact The Bearcats found themselves down 28-7 coming out of halftime, but French provided a spark for the offense. He tossed two touchdowns and ran in another to cut the deficit to 31-28 in the fourth quarter, and then Cole Tabb's long rushing touchdown completed the comeback win. French set season highs across the board from a passing standpoint while still being productive with his legs. The fact that a 21-point comeback was needed is a bit concerning for French and the Bearcats though, and the team will need to collect themselves quickly ahead of Saturday's conference opener versus Kansas State.

Malachi Henry - 87 yards in win Henry reeled in all three targets for 87 yards during Saturday's 62-10 win over Western Carolina.
Impact After not receiving a target in the season opener, Henry led the team with 87 receiving yards in Saturday's blowout win. It's very possible this sudden explosion is due to the nature of playing an FCS opponent, but Henry's target share is worth monitoring the next couple weeks because he's clearly an explosive player once the ball is in his hands.

JV Gibson - Scores again Saturday Gibson notched five receptions (on six targets) for 79 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 62-10 victory over Western Carolina.
Impact Gibson caught another touchdown in Saturday's blowout win, a five-yard reception in the first quarter. He now has nine catches for 133 yards and two touchdowns through two games this season, establishing himself as a favorite of quarterback JC French. He faces another favorable matchup Saturday versus Miami (OH).
SEPTEMBER 14 • ROTOWIRE
Zion Johnson - Scores Saturday Johnson recorded five carries for 26 yards and one touchdown and caught their only target for 11 yards during Saturday's 62-10 win over Western Carolina.
Impact Johnson scored a three-yard rushing touchdown late in the second quarter Saturday, his first score of the season. He is one of four Bearcats' running backs with at least five carries in the opening two games, and while he's been solid, he's been the least productive of the four. If the backfield work consolidates -- which seems likely once the team plays better opponents -- Johnson could be left out.
SEPTEMBER 14 • ROTOWIRE
Cole Tabb - Scores in Saturday's win Tabb accrued five carries for 72 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 62-10 victory over Western Carolina.
Impact Tabb scored a 36-yard rushing touchdown in the second quarter Saturday, his first of the young season. He now has 11 carries for 109 yards through two games this season, seemingly establishing a decent role in the offense for himself. It's a bit too early to tell though, as four Bearcats' running backs have had five carries in each of the team's first two games. That number will likely shrink once the team starts playing better opponents.
SEPTEMBER 14 • ROTOWIRE
Zylan Perry - Scores in blowout win Perry accrued five carries for 76 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 62-10 victory against Western Carolina.
Impact Perry scored a 40-yard rushing touchdown in the third quarter Saturday, his first score of the season. He was one of four backs with at least five carries against the FCS opponent, all of whom scored a touchdown. Perry appears to be the No. 2 back behind Gi'Bran Payne, but that should become more clear once the Bearcats start playing conference opponents.
SEPTEMBER 14 • ROTOWIRE
Gi'Bran Payne - Scores twice in win Payne compiled 12 rushes for 102 yards and two touchdowns and hauled in all two targets for 14 yards during Saturday's 62-10 win over Western Carolina.
Impact Payne had a strong outing Saturday, scoring a pair of touchdowns in the third quarter, his first two scores of the young season. He rushed for over 100 yards in his second straight game too, an excellent start to the season for the senior. He has a good chance to make it three 100-yard games in a row Saturday versus Miami (OH).
SEPTEMBER 14 • ROTOWIRE
JC French IV - Productive in blowout win French was 21-for-24 passing for 245 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 62-10 win against Western Carolina. He also had seven rushes for 52 yards.
Impact French had an extremely efficient day Saturday as he completed over 87 percent of his passes and tossed a pair of touchdown passes. After only throwing for 77 yards in the season opener, his 245 yards on Saturday was a very welcome sight. He also looked good on the ground again too, rushing for over 50 yards in his second straight outing. He faces another favorable matchup Saturday versus Miami (OH).
SEPTEMBER 14 • ROTOWIRE
Giyahni Kontosis - Active against WCU Kontosis (lower body) caught their only target for eight yards during Saturday's 62-10 victory versus Western Carolina.
Impact Kontosis, who exited during Week 1 with a lower-body injury, tallied one reception for eight yards during Saturday's rout of the Catamounts. The 6-foot-1 sophomore wideout will look to make an impact in his second season with the Bearcats.
