GAME LOG

Takes back seat to Pringle Brown tallied eight carries for 45 yards and one touchdown and caught their only target for three yards during Saturday's 41-7 victory over North Carolina State.
Impact Brown was expected to be right there in the mix for carries in the absence of Mark Fletcher, and he certainly was with eight touches for the second straight week. However, he was the second-fiddle to Girard Pringle, who led the way with 17 carries. The lopsided nature of this affair could've had something to do with Brown's limited touches, but the Hurricanes appear to like both Brown and Pringle without Fletcher available.
NOVEMBER 17 • ROTOWIRE
Silent in upset loss Brown tallied three rushes for nine yards and gathered in their only target for five yards during Friday's 24-21 defeat to Louisville.
Impact Brown has had quiet weeks this season, but none as inconsequential as Friday night against Louisville. His three carries were easily a season low as Miami leaned more heavily on Mark Fletcher and Jordan Lyle in its backfield. Brown has been involved this season for the Hurricanes, but after two straight nearly silent weeks, one has to wonder if he's beginning to fall out of favor in the backfield in Coral Gables.

OCTOBER 20 • ROTOWIRE
Silenced in win Brown posted eight rushes for 19 yards during Saturday's 28-22 victory versus Florida State.
Impact Brown was held completely in check in Tallahassee. As much as Florida State couldn't stop Miami's passing attack, it did well to largely shut the Hurricanes down on the ground, and that led to a very quiet outing for the No. 2 tailback Brown. He'll look to find more running room against Louisville after a Week 7 bye.
OCTOBER 6 • ROTOWIRE
Scores twice vs. Gators Brown had 18 carries for 80 yards and two touchdowns and gathered in all four targets for 53 yards during Saturday's 26-7 victory against Florida.
Impact Though Brown wasn't the most efficient, he still found the end zone twice on a season-high 18 carries. Miami rode its ground game and particularly its top two tailbacks, Mark Fletcher and Brown, on a day in which quarterback Carson Beck was rather inconsistent. Brown has firmly carved out a role in this Hurricanes' backfield as ACC play looms.

SEPTEMBER 22 • ROTOWIRE
Hauls in TD vs. South Florida Brown notched nine rushes for 22 yards and gathered in their only target for one yard and one touchdown during Saturday's 49-12 win over South Florida.
Impact Brown has now scored a touchdown for the Hurricanes in all three games, by ground in the first two and by air in the big win over South Florida. The tailback is still firmly behind Mark Fletcher in the pecking order, but he's found a way to score in each game and should continue to be a vital part of this offense moving forward. Don't expect any huge outputs from him yardage-wise unless something happens at the top of the 'Canes' running back room, however.
SEPTEMBER 16 • ROTOWIRE
Hits paydirt in win Brown posted seven rushes for 35 yards and one touchdown and reeled in their only target for four yards during Saturday's 45-3 victory over Bethune-Cookman.
Impact Brown found the end zone for his second touchdown of 2025. While Jordan Lyle remains unavailable for the Hurricanes, Brown should continue to see work as Miami's second-string running back behind Mark Fletcher.
SEPTEMBER 8 • ROTOWIRE
Surprisingly takes 15 carries Brown logged 15 rushes for 54 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's 27-24 win over Notre Dame.
Impact Brown logged just as many carries as starting running back Mark Fletcher, and had more total touches when you take his two receptions into account. He seems to have surpassed Jordan Lyle on the 'Canes depth chart, and this could be a Fletcher/Brown backfield moving forward. Miami appears to be taking a committee approach, which caps both runners' ceilings but also makes both potentially viable.
