Consistency continues Hansen accrued 10 carries for 52 yards and reeled in all four targets for one yard and one touchdown during Saturday's 45-19 loss to Arizona State.

Impact In each of Iowa State's last three games, Hansen logged somewhere between 10 and 15 carries for 50-something yards. By participating in the Big 12 Championship Game, ISU's team easily qualifies for a bowl game, currently scheduled for Dec. 28 against Miami. Perhaps his recent consistency can be continued at Orlando in late-December.

Impact Hansen received double-digit carries for the fifth time in his last eight games. Teammate Abu Sama had 15 carries for 58 yards as Iowa State pulled off the critical win. They'll suit up to play Arizona State in the Big 12 title game next week.

Scores ninth TD in win Hansen tallied nine carries for 11 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 34-17 win against Cincinnati.

Impact Hansen notched his ninth touchdown of the season against Cincinnati. He also had his first lost fumble of the year which could be part of the reason Abu Sama led the way with 12 carries for 52 yards and a touchdown. For the last two games of the regular season, it's expected that Hanson and Sama will share the backfield. They'll go up against Utah next week.

Records eighth TD vs. Kansas Hansen totaled eight carries for 48 yards and one touchdown and caught his only target for 16 yards during Saturday's 45-36 defeat versus Kansas.

Impact Hansen was able to record his eighth touchdown of the season versus the Jayhawks. Most of Iowa State's offensive production came through the air as they entered halftime down 31-13. Hansen has been extremely efficient with the touchdowns, however, has received double-digit carries in just three games this year. Iowa State will host Cincinnati next week.

He's been extremely efficient at 5.7 yards per carry with seven touchdowns on just 70 carries, he's had double-digit carries in a game just twice this year. Iowa State will be off next week before returning to play Texas Tech.

Impact Hansen had a breakout game with the Cyclones as they improved to 6-0 for the first time since 1938. He was the top-rusher with a career high 20 carries as Jaylon Jackson had 12 carries for 19 yards and Abu Sama had two carries for six yards. This is a workload to monitor as Iowa State's run-game is dominant and their preferred method of moving the ball. If Hansen has another outing with double-digit carries, he could be moving up the depth chart for Iowa State. They'll play UCF next week.

Impact Hansen received a career-high 15 carries and rushed for 97 yards. Iowa State's run-game was dominant against the Bears with 265 total yards on 45 carries. Jaylon Jackson led the way with 15 carries for 107 yards and two touchdowns while Abu Sama had eight carries for 17 yards. It's entirely possible Iowa State continues the committee approach when they play at West Virginia next week.

First two collegiate touchdowns Hansen recorded nine rushes for 58 yards and two touchdowns during Saturday's 52-7 win over Arkansas State.

Impact Hansen was able to record his first two collegiate touchdowns in the rout of the Arkansas State Red Wolves. With Iowa State up 31-0 at halftime, they decided to give a lot of the reserve players some snaps in the second half. With Hansen performing so well in limited action, it will be interesting to see if the sophomore can get more snaps moving forward. Iowa State will play at Houston next week.
