179 rushing yards vs. Bulls Hood logged 24 rushes for 179 yards and one touchdown and gathered in 2 of 4 targets for eight yards during Saturday's 28-21 defeat against Buffalo.

Impact Hood got the start against the Bulls with RB1 Rocko Griffin (toe) sidelined. This start gave the backup running back everything he needed for a monster game, as he received a high volume and did just about all he could with it. The 179 rushing yards are the most out of any Minuteman ball carrier so far this season. Hood will look to keep things rolling at Central Michigan next Saturday.

Finds end zone in close loss Hood notched 11 rushes for 39 yards and one touchdown and gathered in their only target for 12 yards during Saturday's 27-26 loss against Bryant.

Impact Hood's performance against the Bulldogs wasn't anything crazy, but he was able to find a 13-yard rushing score in the second quarter which elevated his final output. The redshirt freshman saw his two carries go to 11 from Week 1 to Week 2, so he could have a solid role moving forward for the Minutemen especially with how volatile the quarterback position has been.

Impact Hood will transfer to Massachusetts from Colorado. Ideally for the running back, being part of an independent team will gift him a better chance to log some counting stats in 2025.
