Impact Baker was knocked out of Louisiana Tech's loss to Delaware in the first quarter and did not return. Now, it's official: the starting gunslinger will miss the rest of the Bulldogs season with a torn ACL. It's a brutal blow, obviously, but now, Louisiana Tech will turn to Trey Kukuk at quarterback. Kukuk has thrown for 297 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions this season while picking up 134 rushing yards as well.

Impact This is pretty much par for the course for Baker. He's yet to throw for more than one touchdown in a game, but he does some damage with his legs and has three rushing scores. Really Baker's job is to keep the offense moving, and the Bulldogs are now one win away from bowl eligibility.
