Impact It took eight games, but Corrales finally has a reception (and a significant one at that) in his redshirt senior season. Injuries have not helped his case, but he will look to put the past two months on the back burner and make his November a good one.

Impact Corrales will now seek out his third suitor next fall where he'll pursue his final remaining year of eligibility. The 6-foot-4 wide receiver arrived at North Carolina in 2017, where he ultimately spent five seasons with the program and amassed 80 receptions for 1,176 yards and 12 touchdowns across 35 games played. Corrales transitioned to SMU prior to this past campaign, but he only appeared in three contests due to a nagging shoulder issue. The Texas native is now poised to search for an opportunity that allows an immediate path to playing time.

Returns to practice Tuesday Corrales (shoulder) returned to practice Tuesday, Joseph Hoyt of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Impact Corrales transferred to SMU this offseason and was a standout during spring and fall camp before suffering the shoulder injury. It's unclear when he may return to game action, but his presence at practice is certainly an encouraging sign.

Impact Corrales appeared in five games and made two starts in 2020 before opting to undergo surgery to repair a sports hernia that had been bothering him since the season started. He finished with 13 catches for 238 yards and a touchdown and has 80 receptions for 1,176 yards and 12 touchdowns in his career. Corrales opted to use his additional year of eligibility to come back for 2021 and the hope is that he can finally return before this season is over.
