Impact Johnson was able to pass for his second touchdown of this season, however, moved back to a reserve role as Will Howard was the primary quarterback for the team in the blowout win. Completes first collegiate TD pass Johnson completed 5 of 10 passes for 90 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 41-3 win versus TCU. He also had 16 rushes for 73 yards.

Impact Johnson officially received the start with a rushing attempt on the first offensive play of the game. He also threw his first touchdown pass to running back Treshaun Ward. Teammate Will Howard still played quite a bit while throwing three touchdown passes and rushing for 62 yards on four carries. It appears that Kansas State is comfortable rolling with two quarterbacks moving forward. They'll go up against Houston next week.

Not expected to start Saturday Johnson is not expected to start Saturday against TCU, Kellis Robinett of The Wichita Eagle reports.

Impact Johnson was listed as a co-starter for the Week 8 matchup against TCU, but the fact that Will Howard led the first-team offense during the team walkthrough suggests he'll be the starter. Either way, Johnson is expected to see decent time under center.
