Signs with Middle Tennessee State Martin has signed with Middle Tennessee State, according to the team's announcement Wednesday.

Impact Martin will transfer from Kansas State. Ideally for the running back, changing colleges from a Power Four to a Group of Six will help him improve his relatively decent 2025 output. Martin logged 19 rushing attempts for 129 yards (6.8 averaged per carry) and one touchdown.

The tailback had a disappointing 2025 season with Kansas State after breaking out with 1,228 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns in 2024 with Southeastern Louisiana. He appeared in five games for the Wildcats, rushing 19 times for 129 yards and one touchdown.

With Kansas State sputtering down the stretch in the win column, it's possible they could see what they have with Martin in their final regular season game against Colorado.
