Impact It should be noted that Odom had the benefit of multiple overtimes to bolster his numbers. That being said, he ended the regular season with 11 touchdowns against no turnovers in his last two games. Odom played a big role in KSU improving to the point of making the conference title game, and he heads into a matchup with JSU on a roll.

Impact Last week, Odom scuffled and threw three picks and was a big part of a tough conference loss to JSU. This week, Odom totaled six touchdowns in a 41-34 win that was a key victory in conference play. That should ensure he's under center against Liberty in another big game next week.

Impact Odom was pulled and replaced by Dexter Williams, which isn't surprising. One assumes Odom is frustrated, as this was a game with major conference title implications. The three picks played a big role in KSU losing, and we shall see if Odom or Williams starts next week against Missouri State.

Impact Three touchdowns aside, this was not one for the scrapbook for Odom, who completed under half of his passes and threw two picks. That being said, he's only thrown three picks all season, so that's a bit fluky.
