Impact Coming off an eight-touchdown season in 2024, Tecza picked up right where he left off in Saturday's win. The senior now has touchdowns in his last two games dating back to the Armed Forces Bowl last year, and also tied a season-high in carries from 2024 with 15.

Impact Tecza didn't have a particularly efficient day on the ground, averaging fewer than three yards per carry, but he salvaged the day with a touchdown in a close win over the Sooners. The junior closed out 2024 with 123 carries for 556 yards and eight touchdowns and added 12 catches for 229 yards and another pair of scores, and he'll presumably claim a hefty role in the offensive game plan for the Midshipmen again in 2025.

Limited output on ground Tecza notched eight rushes for 24 yards and reeled in 1 of 2 targets for 31 yards during Saturday's 31-13 victory versus Army.

Impact Tecza couldn't get much going on the ground but did have a 31-yard reception. The fullback hasn't scored a touchdown since Week 8 against Charlotte, which is also the last time he eclipsed the 100-yard mark. Tecza will now look towards the bowl game against Oklahoma on Dec. 27.

Fairly quiet in Friday's win Tecza logged 14 rushes for 42 yards during Friday's 34-20 victory versus East Carolina.

Impact Tecza had a decent performance Friday as he totaled 72 total yards, but it marked his fifth straight game without a rushing touchdown. He's had a very solid season as has he rushed 100 times for 489 yards and seven touchdowns, adding 11 catches for 198 yards and two scores through the air. He will finish the regular season at Army on Dec. 14 before heading into bowl season.

Impact Tecza was shut down in Saturday's loss, something that has happened in each of the Midshipmen's three losses this season. He and the entire Navy offense failed to get going versus the stout Green Wave defense. This was in part due to star quarterback Blake Horvath (ribs/back) leaving the game in the first half, but the team hadn't done much with Horvath in either. If Horvath is forced to miss the next game -- at East Carolina on Nov. 29 -- Tecza's value would decrease significantly.

Impact Tecza was out-carried by both Blake Horvath and Daba Fofana Saturday, but a 38-yard touchdown reception at the end of the first half salvaged a productive day. He also added 46 yards on the ground, his most since Week 8. He faces a much more difficult matchup next week versus Tulane.

Impact Tecza had another quiet outing Saturday as he accumulated just 43 yards from scrimmage, his second fewest this season. Five different Midshipmen players had at least five carries in the game, which limited Tecza's ability to get going. Although he is quite capable of putting up elite performances, he is also capable of putting up duds like he did versus Rice.

Struggles versus Notre Dame Tecza accrued 12 carries for 33 yards and hauled in 2 of 3 targets for 39 yards during Saturday's 51-14 loss versus Notre Dame.

Impact Tecza's game got off to a horrible start as he lost a fumble on Navy's opening possession and it was returned to the seven-yard line, setting up another Notre Dame score. He finished the game with a solid 71 yards, but his fumble and his lack of a touchdown gave him a forgettable performance. He will look to bounce back next Saturday at Rice.

Three touchdowns Saturday Tecza posted eight carries for 68 yards and two touchdowns and hauled in their only target for 46 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 51-17 victory against Charlotte.

Impact Tecza scored three touchdowns in Saturday's win, giving him five in the last two weeks alone. All of his touchdowns came within the first nine minutes of the game as he caught a 46-yard touchdown on the opening drive, then converted runs of 12 yards and two yards on the next two drives. Although he still did not receive a lot of touches, his knack for finding the end zone gives him good upside. He faces a tough matchup versus Notre Dame next, but has some favorable matchups after that.

Impact Tecza scored a pair of touchdowns in the second half Saturday, bringing him up to five through five games this season. He only received seven touches in the game though and he has received 10 or fewer in each of his last four games. Although he is a weekly threat to score a touchdown, his lack of consistent work hurts his overall upside.

Impact Tecza only received five touches in Saturday's win -- his fewest this season -- however he salvaged a decent day with a six-yard touchdown run in the second quarter. It was an oddly quiet game for him, however the Midshipmen offense spread the ball around in the blowout win so he should receive more volume throughout the rest of the season.

Impact Despite the Midshipmen scoring a whopping 56 points versus Memphis, Tecza failed to scored a touchdown for the first time this season. He ran the ball well as he averaged nearly six yards per carry, but quarterback Blake Horvath scored three touchdowns inside the seven-yard line. Tecza led all running backs in rushing attempts, and with Navy's offense looking dynamic, he should be able to produce at a solid level especially if Horvath doesn't steal all the redzone work.

Impact Tecza scored 65-yard touchdown in the second quarter Saturday, a run that accounted for most of his production on the day. Although quarterback Blake Horvath led the team in all rushing categories, Tecza was second in attempts and yards. It was the second straight week that Tecza led Navy running backs in attempts, and while many carries will go to a plethora of other backs, Tecza remains the best option based on his consistent workload.

Impact While Tecza led the team in rushing attempts, he ran for just 3.3 yards per carry, the fewest among the eight Midshipmen to receive multiple carries. He did score a touchdown though, a three-yarder early in the second quarter. Tecza took over the backfield for portions of last season, and even though he will have to share it in 2024, he appears to still be the No. 1 option.

Impact After receiving 24 carries in Week 12 versus ECU, Tecza saw just two in Friday's blowout loss. He made up for it slightly with three catches for 34 yards in the passing game, but it was not enough to overcome his lack of work in the running game. Even with the lack of production, he is likely to be an important factor in the team's game versus Army on Dec. 9.
