Scores twice versus Air Force Tecza had six rushes for 26 yards and two touchdowns and reeled in their only target for negative three yards during Saturday's 34-7 win over Air Force.

Impact Tecza scored a pair of touchdowns in the second half Saturday, bringing him up to five through five games this season. He only received seven touches in the game though and he has received 10 or fewer in each of his last four games. Although he is a weekly threat to score a touchdown, his lack of consistent work hurts his overall upside.

Scores on limited touches Tecza totaled four carries for 22 yards and one touchdown and reeled in their only target for 23 yards during Saturday's 41-18 win against UAB.

Impact Tecza only received five touches in Saturday's win -- his fewest this season -- however he salvaged a decent day with a six-yard touchdown run in the second quarter. It was an oddly quiet game for him, however the Midshipmen offense spread the ball around in the blowout win so he should receive more volume throughout the rest of the season.

Fairly quiet in win over Memphis Tecza compiled 10 carries for 58 yards during Saturday's 56-44 victory versus Memphis. He also completed one pass for 13 yards.

Impact Despite the Midshipmen scoring a whopping 56 points versus Memphis, Tecza failed to scored a touchdown for the first time this season. He ran the ball well as he averaged nearly six yards per carry, but quarterback Blake Horvath scored three touchdowns inside the seven-yard line. Tecza led all running backs in rushing attempts, and with Navy's offense looking dynamic, he should be able to produce at a solid level especially if Horvath doesn't steal all the redzone work.

It was the second straight week that Tecza led Navy running backs in attempts, and while many carries will go to a plethora of other backs, Tecza remains the best option based on his consistent workload.

Quiet open to season Tecza logged 12 rushes for 40 yards and one touchdown and caught their only target for 10 yards during Saturday's 49-21 win over Bucknell.

Impact While Tecza led the team in rushing attempts, he ran for just 3.3 yards per carry, the fewest among the eight Midshipmen to receive multiple carries. He did score a touchdown though, a three-yarder early in the second quarter. Tecza took over the backfield for portions of last season, and even though he will have to share it in 2024, he appears to still be the No. 1 option.

Shut down in loss Tecza notched two carries for one yard and hauled in all three targets for 34 yards during Saturday's 59-14 loss against Southern Methodist.

Impact After receiving 24 carries in Week 12 versus ECU, Tecza saw just two in Friday's blowout loss. He made up for it slightly with three catches for 34 yards in the passing game, but it was not enough to overcome his lack of work in the running game. Even with the lack of production, he is likely to be an important factor in the team's game versus Army on Dec. 9.

Impact Tecza dominated touches Saturday, receiving a season high 24 carries and adding two catches in the passing game. He rushed for 94 yards -- his third most this season -- and scored the lone touchdown of the game, a 19-yard scamper in the first quarter. He and the Midshipmen now have two chances to gather their sixth win and secure a trip to a bowl game, starting with a very difficult matchup at SMU Saturday.

Impact Tecza rushed for 82 yards Saturday, his most since Week 6 versus North Texas. He did it on just nine carries too, making it one of his most efficient outings of the season. Next up he faces East Carolina on Saturday.

Impact Tecza had his worst performance since Week 2 Saturday as he finished with under 25 rushing yards for the second consecutive week. He finished with just eight carries as new starting quarterback Xavier Arline had 30. It appears Tecza is still the No. 1 running back, however Brandon Chatman received the exact same number of touches at Tecza and outperformed him.

He faces a very favorable matchup next up on Nov. 4 versus Temple, a defense which just let up 55 points to SMU.
