Huge day in defeat Randall logged 16 rushes for 130 yards and gathered in 7 of 8 targets for 44 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 34-21 defeat versus Syracuse.

Impact Though Clemson was playing catch-up with Syracuse for much of the game, its tailback Randall still managed to make the most out of 16 carries and eight targets. That's a high volume of touches for the senior tailback, one that he can turn into playable production regardless of how Clemson is doing on the scoreboard. Randall already has high upside on the ground but if he continues to be this big a factor in the passing game, he'll be significantly more dangerous.

Scores again in loss Randall totaled 15 rushes for 80 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 24-21 loss versus Georgia Tech.

Impact Randall now has three rushing touchdowns through three games even as Clemson has crawled to a 1-2 start. The tailback has 36 carries through two games after touching the ball just five times in the Tigers' opener vs. LSU, but this Clemson offense is something of a mess right now. Even so, Randall has still been able to salvage solid games and should continue to get the bulk of the carries.

Impact Randall was completely bottled up in Week 1 against LSU and its vaunted defensive front, managing just 16 yards. He had much more breathing room against an overmatched Troy defense, and he cruised to 135 all-purpose yards. The tailback now has a touchdown in each of Clemson's first two games as well.

Impact Randall scored a touchdown on the ground, but was completely bottled up to the tune of 30 total yards. Clemson's other tailbacks didn't fare much better, but this was a troubling performance, especially at home. LSU came to play, but the Tigers will have to do a much better job establishing their ground game moving forward to take some pressure of star quarterback Kade Klubnik.
