Twelve points, eight rebounds
Markovetskyy logged 12 points (5-9 FG, 2-2 FT) and eight rebounds across 24 minutes during San Francisco's 67-64 loss Monday versus New Mexico.
Impact
Markovetskyy transferred from Washington State to San Francisco. He logged 19 points (6-6 FG, 7-9 FT) and seven rebounds as a backup during the Dons' previous win Wednesday versus Merrimack. Due to his impressive output that day, they had him be part of their starting lineup Monday. Markovetskyy was valued despite the Dons' loss. If he continues being their starting center, Saba Gigiberia will be a backup instead.

Impact
Markovetskyy did not play in the team's last game on Saturday against Arizona. He should be all good to start Thursday's game against Cal. The Cougars may still be down some players for that matchup, however.
