Jamichael Stillwell - Dominates defensively Stillwell posted six points (2-4 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), six rebounds, two assists, two blocks and three steals in 19 minutes during Tuesday's 97-60 victory over Florida A&M.

Impact Stillwell found himself in the starting lineup for the second time in three games and made his biggest contribution on the defensive end with three steals and two blocked shots. He had previously reached double figures in scoring in each of his first two games but only attempted four shots in this one as UCF didn't need his offense in the rout. The senior forward averaged a double double last season with UW-Milwaukee with 13.0 points and 10.7 rebounds. While he's unlikely to match that feat this season in the Big 12, he's averaging a solid 10.3 points, 5.3 boards, 1.3 steals and 0.7 blocks across 21.0 minutes thus far.

Carmelo Pacheco - Drains five from downtown Pacheco closed Tuesday's 97-60 win over Florida A&M with 17 points (5-7 FG, 5-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one rebound and one assist in 18 minutes.

Impact Pacheco came off the bench to drain all but one of his six shots from beyond the arc, leading the way in scoring with 17 points during the blowout victory. It was by far the best performance of the young season for the transfer from Mount St. Mary's who is more than capable of filling it from deep after connecting on 46.4-percent of his shots from long range last season.

Impact Kugel was a high-volume scorer once again for the Knights, but his efforts this time weren't enough for a win. The senior guard amassed 25 points, which tied his career-high. He also continued to shine from beyond the arc, and he's now 9-for-14 on three pointers this season. He'll now focus on what should be an easier matchup against Florida A&M this Tuesday.

Chris Johnson - Scores 17 off bench Johnson closed Saturday's 105-93 loss to Vanderbilt with 17 points (5-8 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 4-6 FT) and five assists over 14 minutes.

Impact Johnson came off the bench to drain three from beyond the arc en route to a 17 point performance while also pacing the Knights with five assists. The junior combo guard started his career with Texas, then played in just three games while being riddled with injuries last season for Stephen F. Austin. Saturday's performance should go a long way toward helping Johnson solidify a quality role in the UCF rotation moving forward.

Impact Burks, along with Riley Kugel, joins the Knights with plenty of power-conference experience after having spent the first two years of his career at Kentucky and Georgetown. He'll receive a much bigger opportunity this season and has an impressive inside/outside element to his game in his ability to both knock down threes while also controlling the glass on both ends.

Themus Fulks - Shows off playmaking ability Fulks ended with 16 points (3-8 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 10-12 FT), three rebounds and eight assists across 33 minutes during Monday's 82-78 victory over Hofstra.

Impact Fulks only connected on three shots from the field but earned an impressive 12 trips to the line en route to a 16-point effort. While the UW-Milwaukee transfer needs to cut down on his turnovers, committing six on Monday after averaging 3.4 per tilt last season, the eight assists represent a large part of what he can bring to the table for the Knights this season. He finished top 20 nationally in assists last season, averaging 5.9 per contest, and could be set to expand upon those numbers this year.

Impact Kugel connected on five triples en route to a team-high 19 points during Monday's opening night victory. The transfer from Mississippi State who also spent time at Florida has been a solid performer mostly off the bench across his three previous seasons but is now finally set for a major role with the Knights. Of note is Kugel's three-point percentage, which was at just 33.3-percent last season. If he can lift that percentage near 40-percent, he could be set up to finish among the leading scorers in the Big 12.
