Declares for NBA Draft Proctor has declared for the 2025 NBA Draft, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.

Impact Rothstein indicates that Proctor will forgo his senior year of collegiate eligibility. As a sophomore, he logged 10.5 points per Duke game. Then projected to be a late selection of the 2024 NBA Draft, Proctor re-enrolled at Duke. As a junior, he recorded 12.4 points and 2.3 three-pointers made per game. Despite his third season's 68.0 free-throw percentage, Proctor also shot 45.2 percent from the field and 40.5 percent from deep. So now, there is at least an adequate chance he is a first-round selection.
